An in-world Sloodle Classroom is a configurable area that authenticates users and manages course entry based on student enrollment status. Authentication occurs when the student avatar enters by passing through the perimeter of the Classroom object, shown in purple in the picture to the right.

Consider the possibilities. An in-world Classroom can authenticate a student via their Moodle account and proceed to:

  • Welcome the student to the course if they're enrolled
  • Invite unenrolled students to sign up (if open enrollment)
  • Disallow unenrolled students (if controlled enrollment)
