  Quiz Chair

This interactive tool allows students to sit on an object (like a chair) and work through multiple choice questions. Currently, the object is configured to elevate or lower in altitude in response to correct/incorrect answers. This can result in high performers lifting up quite a ways.

The most impressive element of Quiz Chair is the fact that it "reads in" the quiz content from the Moodle database. Upon configuration, the class and specific quiz can be selected to serve up the desired set of question. Additionally, in-world performance is communicated back to Moodle for retention of session data.

Quiz Chair serves as a solid example of the "simple progression" that Clark Aldrich recommends in educational games. The configurable Quiz Chair certainly can deliver a "quick moving, quick reward and enjoyable experience" (Aldrich, 2005)
