
Jordan is known as the Hashemite Kingdom. The word Hashemite refers to the clan of Hashem which is one of the oldest and largest tribes in Jordan. Jordan has a population of 9.5 million people, half of which are Jordanian Arabs and about the other half is Palestinian.
The Boneman came through here on his quest to find the Negative Stone back in 1976 where he actually got to meet a king. King Hussein 
King Hussein was the ruler at the time Ellis went through Jordan. The king was nice enough to listen to Ellis play trombone and in return the Boneman got to eat Jordanian rice and ride a camel!

Not only did the Boneman get to ride a camel, but he also rode a donkey through the narrow passageways 
narrow passageways to the treasury at the place called Petra. He thought for sure he would find the Negative Stone here, but all he found when he went into the The Treasury 
treasury was dirt. The treasury at Petra has no exact origin date, although historians know that the greeks and romans would charge people to go through these mountain passages and collect a tax or tribute from the travelers and then store the money inside the cave.
