This first session you will cover the following topics: A brief overview of this course An Introduction using Inspiration Software A short tour of the Blackboard Learning System An introduction to the Discussion Board
In this course you will learn the understanding of leadership roles that guide the implementation of technology into the K-12 learning environment. You will begin by being introduced to the role of leadership in developing a shared vision for integrating technology into the learning, evaluating and examining a district technology plan, communicating recent research based assessment and evaluation strategies for meeting technology competencies, and finally designing a professional development activity.
