TECHNOLOGY INTEGRATION STRATEGIES (Social Studies)
| Technology Integration Strategy | Relative Advantage | Expected Outcome | Resource/ Link |
| Instructional Software | If you have budget issues, museums, and other destinations of choice are farther than you can travel, or you just want to take your students back to what life was like in a different era, there is instructional software that can help you out. It is much easier and affordable than a real field trip. You can simulate the location and learn in the process. Students can test out various scenarios in a safe environment. The simulation can help foster problem solving techniques. | Students will be able to understand various experiences and concepts we are studying through putting themselves in the situation and making important decisions. Students will enjoy learning about places we
normally wouldn’t be able to see.
