Case Manager Training

"CASE CONCEPTUALIZATION"

STUDENT/LEARNER GUIDE

right arrowINTRODUCTION

The purpose of this training module is to introduce you to “Case Conceptualization.”  Good “Case Conceptualization” is critical to your work as a Case Manager at White’s.  In one way or another you will utilize this skill almost every day.  We believe it is one of the most important services you will provide the students on your caseload and the placing agencies that have entrusted their care to us.

This training module utilizes Computer-based training, some written work and a “coaching session” with an instructor.  The “Mission: Impossible” theme has been used.  (For this instruction, we call it “Mission:  Possible!”)
