The Development phase of the ADDIE ID Model is when instructors create all the materials needed to complete the objectives. This should be step-by-step detailed, including who will do what and when.
Please be aware of some common pitfalls:

* The development is incapable of meeting the needs of the design.
* The expectations of the design are unrealistic because of time constraints.
* The expectations of the design are unrealistic because of lack of resources.
* The development may be unable to meet the deadline because of lack of expertise, leading to an inability to begin correctly or making too many mistakes during development.

Please develop the steps for your database lesson before continuing on to the Implementation of the lesson.
