One Player Directions: Race Against the Clock!

Can you find the correct answer to the question before the hourglass runs out?

Begin each round by clicking on the hourglass link. Then, roll the dice to see the type of search tool will be used. Use the sites listed under each search tool rolled to answer the question before your time is up. Be sure you can see the hourglass on your screen while you are searching. See how many correct answers you can find.

Be the first to find the correct answer to the question.

Roll the dice on screen to see the type of search tool that will be used for your web search. Next, use the sites listed under each type of search tool to find the answer. Write down your answer on a numbered piece of paper. The person who did not find the answer has until the end of the timer to get a point by finding the correct answer. Be sure to take note of the partner that answered first for each question. While waiting for your partner to find the correct answer, you may earn a bonus point for answering the bonus question correctly.
