Your username is your full name. For instance, johndoe. You are assigned your employee ID as your password. So the first time that you login, you will see the following screen:

Click on the advanced button and make sure the following information is included in each field.

            Server: dewey

Your context will be related to the department that you are working for. For instance if John Doe were working for the Department of Kinesiology, he would type hper.ed.west.idbsu into the context area. A table is included here listing the available contexts.
