Welcome to the Friends of the Edisto video training portal! Here, volunteers for FRED will be able to watch videos that give detailed instructions on how to test for various contaminates in the Edisto River.

Above, you will see a listing of contaminates we are searching for. Each page has a video that demonstrates how to go about testing the water quality for each type of contaminate.

Before you begin testing, please review the video on the "Sampling" page. This video goes over the basics of obtaining a sample from a river or stream.

Please follow the guidlines the illustrate very closely to ensure that the results of your water quality tests are accurate.
